Just so you know, any reference to ‘model’ in these terms of use (“the Terms”) includes any individual on whose behalf We are instructed to act as agent for the purpose of securing auditions, shoots or other engagements (including models of all ages, actors and creative). Any reference to ‘client’ in these Terms includes any person or organisation who has agreed to our terms of service for ordering models for work.
What is the purpose of these Terms of Use?
These Terms and Our privacy policy set out the basis upon which you are permitted to use the Website, and We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference. For this purpose, ‘use’ of the Website includes accessing, browsing, uploading to, downloading from, or otherwise engaging with the Website.
